The move-in process was smooth, with easy access to my storage unit and plenty of carts available to help transport my items. The facility was clean, secure, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were safe. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone in need of reliable storage solutions!

08-22-2024Our experience with Extra Space Storage was very easy. Getting our things into the space and moving out was super smooth, and the space was very clean. We didn't realize that Extra Space does not usually prorate monthly costs for when you move out. Everyone should be careful about planning for what date you move out! But since our date was only 2 days after our next month started, they managed to prorate the month for us. Customer service was professional, prompt, and helpful.
