02-12-2024Needed an urgent unit, got it from them then couldnt gain access to it with all the codes they gave me so I had to quickly go somewhere else. Called the manager crystal and she was SO UNHELPFUL. Wouldnt even give me a customer service number nor a refund knowing their employee told me I had until 9 (was there at 6:35) so I find the number and call customer service and the policy is if its within 24 hours you get a full refund which they processed for me. This place will scam you even out of their our policies. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else like I did!
