06-30-2025Good customer service and clean. But they will get you with the low web price then go to their regular price just a few months after, once they have you moved in. I have 2 units 5x10 each and it started at the web price of $50 each and less than 6 months in Im paying $80 for each one. Prices are good until you move in.

I needed a storage spot at the very last minute, and Adam, the manager, made the entire process incredibly easy over the phone. I havent even been to the facility yet, but the customer service alone deserves 5 stars. Adam was friendly, professional, and patient he helped me find the right unit and worked with me to secure the best possible rate. Being able to handle everything remotely gave me such peace of mind. I really appreciate how simple and stress-free they made the process. Highly recommend!
