Taquetta was amazing - first class service!!!!!
Great customer service. Lakita was very helpful
Outstanding customer service as well as a clean facility throughout.
Went in this morning mind you they were supposed to be closed. I was unaware of this being that i had just talked to the customer service. From what I assumed was in house customer service. But even though this nice manager had a meeting in VA she still took the time to set me up with my storage unit. I started the process online and finished in store. And get this she didn't even make me feel rushed once. I felt as though I was rushing her. Then she walk me through the facility showed me how to come in and out. And walked me back to my car with a smile. All in all just based on her alone trust them with storage needs. I'm happy I gound them. Not from the area so this is transaction was so pleasing. I know i made her extremely late for her meeting but I really appreciate it.
There is never anyone at the front desk during office hours. You have to keep knocking until hopefully someone comes and unlocks the door and gives you sercive. Super inconvenient!
Taquetta Jemison was very polite AAA serviced fixed my issues and helped my move-in
