Want to ruin your belongings only to get reimbursed less than 10% of the value of the items lost? Look no further! I left my belongings here in good condition and returned to them a year later to find them ruined by mice. Feces and urine everywhere. When I told the employee at the front desk, they didn't sound surprised and it sounded like this was an ongoing problem. At first I was relieved to hear that I had the foresight to get insurance, but almost a week later insurance agent gets back to me and says they'll only pay for rodent damages up to $250 (With, of course, a $100 deductable). I didn't even flinch at them raising my unit's rates after I first got in, but now I'm definitely wishing I'd gone with another choice. If you're reading this and actually care about what you're storing, stay away.

I had a bad experience I was charged 700 for my storage that I emptied. The lady on site charged me 500 plus 200 rent for December and my stuff was emptied November 30. Only thing left was a broken desk and trash because there was no trash bin anywhere I also told them and the lady said dont worry. Now I am left with a 700 bill.
