02-20-2024I first rented out a 8x10 unit that was offered to me over the phone for a daily special through customer service, not the actual front office. When we arrived we weren't satisfied with the unit given. Heather(Manager) helped us switch to a bigger and nicer unit hassle free the same day. Very satisfied customers.

11-29-2023My experience with this Public Storage unit location was extremely positive from start to finish. We only needed the unit for a few months while my daughter moved back to the Bay Area. I did everything online, received timely and frequent communications and easy to follow instructions that were especially helpful when showing up at our unit for the first time in the early morning with movers. I showed up at the office on the last day of the month to terminate the contract without a key for the lock. Rather than make me pay an extra month, they offered to cut the lock so they could access the unit and end my contract. Excellent customer service, I would say.
