05-13-2025Domonique was amazing! A beautiful spirit! Super helpful and extremely professional. We have one unit already and needed to get another- went all over town looking for a cheaper unit and cant exchange security and rodent problems for less money so we came back to Public Storage. She made the process so seamless and kept a smile the whole time! When good customer service can be lacking in so many spaces, Domonique proved that it does still exist. Although, PS prices are a little high, Ive never had one issue with security, rodents or pest in our current unitworth paying a little more for a piece of mind and the great customer service from people like Dominique. I do wish they would consider changing the access times to meet the one on Main Street who limits access at 9pm. Even 7:30-8pm would be better for those of us who work.

05-01-2025The combination doors are tricky. Small units have no lights. Fees are from $150 to $260/ mi depending on size. The small units are 5x10.
