I did not have a good experience with the onsite representative on December 14, 2024. I approached the person at the desk and asked about the lock on my unit. He said Did you purchased one? I replied Yes. The lock is on the floor he said. Being new to this, I asked if I should break the plastic seal. He said the lock is in the floor. At this point I figured that I had to break the seal and perhaps the lock would be on the inside. It was. I tried to open the lock with the keys that came with it, but it would not work. I went back to front office and told the guy there. He tried to open it himself and couldnt. He grabbed the lock and threw it at the corner of his desk space very angrily. He grabbed a new lock and gave to me but in a very disrespectful manner. My replied was Thank you and left. I deserved better treatment!!
Chris , Pacheco blv manager, very helpful and patient, as far as PS goes, I think the company is very greedy raining ur storage rates after only 6 months, the bigger the unit the bigger increase ....just seems criminal
