03-07-2026I dont know why the reviews are so high nobody is ever here, returns phone calls or able to help. I have to go to another location to gain access to my unit. if you need to show ID to get access to your unit, you shouldnt be able to sign up online. It should be in person only, if thats the case. ive never had to do this at any public storage location, this is crazy. ive been paying for a storage for 2 days and havent been able to get access.
