04-01-2025The employees and especially Jax are great. Fantastic customer service. Moving process was a breeze. I do have some security concerns but I would just advise not putting any valauables in your unit. There are many areas where there is no CCTV coverage. There are palces where people can climb over the fence unseen ( being partially under a freeway) to access the facility. Also you dont have to enter your code to exit the property. Last on move-in day a storage unit just around the corner from me had a lock pick on the ground. Looks like someone was trying to pick the lock but used the wrong set of tools and left in a hurry.
