12-18-2023Rented a unit online. Had the gate code and unit number. Arrived unloaded belongings locked my unit. As we went to leave cops showed up. The property manager called them and said we were trespassing. We had no reason to be there. Had to take and load all of our stuff back up and leave. Yet they sure did take their $52.00 from my account and have yet to refund it or explain why this happened. Public storage is a terrible place to rent from.
