This place is sad. No humans working here anymore. Messages never returned. Office windows are papered over. No alarms. No conspicuous cameras. But my storage fees have DOUBLED over the past 2 years. This had been a really great storage facility.
Public Storage used to be one of the best. As of late, they no longer have someone on site to discuss any issues, and they no longer let you use the restroom, which is inhumane, by the way. All this while raising rates by almost 50% for some of us who have more than one unit in multiple locations. I'm currently making arrangements to empty my unit. Edit: I'd like to add that the last time I went there, I was able to use the restroom. The door handle wouldn't lock and was probably broken, and there was no soap, but at least I was able to use it.
UPDATE: This place is scary! No one working on site anymore, windows are papered over. No alarms anywhere, no conspicuous cameras. Doesnt feel safe. I wont go there alone anymore. BTW, my rental fees have DOUBLED in 2 years.Time to pack up my stuff and get out of here 2022: Very nice and clean facility.... and good service. Much appreciated!
Storing most of my life in Public Storage has been a wonderful experience! Jamie is extremely helpful & empathetic. She contacted me prior to the holidays to remind me about my payment due date to ensure the unit didnt go to auction. The facility is extremely nice, clean & high tech. I highly recommend! Thank you for everything, Jamie!
The advertise low rates to get you in. There is no contract, so they raise the rates whenever they want. Beware!
