Dominque was very helpful with getting my account set up and active. She always answers all of my questions rather she's in office or not. I really appreciate that. Although I am not crazy about the frequent rate increases, I will say that Dominique is one of the friendliest, efficient, and can-do managers or service reps that I have encountered lately. Yesterday she worked with me to make my downsizing from two lockers to one a very productive effort. All the different sizes and rate plans and due dates - - she made it all understandable. I love the outcome.
