02-29-2024I needed a storage space and they're 2 within blocks of each other. I called both and the Randolph Rd. office was so professional and knowledgeable, I had to go there. I made appt to view the place and after working with Donzaya, I figured it was the right fit for me. I am customer service driven and Donzaya delivered 100% for me. The next day I realized my space was too small and upgraded to a larger space. I thought it would be a problem, but Donzaya made the switch immediately. I am very happy with my decision in working with this location. Surprisingly when I showed up the 3rd day, she remembered my name. 5 stars for sure.
