02-14-2024Never thought I'd be wrongly charged with debt and dealing with debt collectors. Public Storage gave me wrong information and said that all I had to do to close my account was leave behind an empty unit, and that the units are checked daily. I asked if I needed to turn in the keys, they said no. This made no sense to me, but I complied. Then they continued to charge me for the unit. Then they sent my case to a debt collector. After talking to the highest level of management in the region, my case is still unresolved. This is the first negative review I've written in my life. Please avoid this place if you want to save yourself a potential legal hassle and the potential abuse of debt collectors.

01-28-2024I really want to thanks Jason from the very beginning that I got the Storage. Jason always had a smile in his face to answer all the questions, and if he didnt know it, he would find out for me if I had a business thats the kind of man I would want to work for me. 01-12-2024There's rarely a poperty manager there. You cant get in after 9pm. There arent bathrooms available. They're WAAYYY overpriced. In 2022 I got four 15x20 storage units there for about $160/month each. About 4 months later I was notified their rates were increasing by 40%. No additonal services or amenities...just charging everyone more. Go to morningsar. They're head-and-shoulders above this company.

01-03-2024EDIT: although my experience with those in the front office was nice. It has been less than a year and my rent for my 10x15 unit went from $141 to $197. Saying they sent me a notice in email and mail but I did not receive anything. If I could do it all over again I would not rent a unit here at all. Linda was great and very helpful! She showed us different sized units to figure out what would work best for us! Highly recommend!!

12-08-2023Staff are nice when they are in office. But 0 logical thinking in business practices. I got a rental and went in to start unloading stuff only to realize that the door to enter the inside of the building was too small for some of the items I needed to store. So I went to the office to switch it to exterior unit which happens to be larger. I was told they wouldn't simply switch my unit over to another and had to go through canceling my current rental after that month and then go through the whole process again including all the initial fees and loss of promotion rates. Be sure to go on-site first to look over what you're thinking of renting because once you sign into the contract you got to jump through hoops to fix it.
