Tina at the kiosk!! She was amazing!!! 10 stars
Had to get a unit for a few months after our garage burned down, and it seemed like a great long-term storage facility. No problems, staff were helpful and seemed pretty friendly. Thanks
Make sure you check out your unit while it's raining. Mine had 2 leaks and the manager in MIA for this property. She doesn't show up for scheduled appointments, nor does she return calls. Impossibse to get help from the company once you are locked in I will never do business with them again.
I've been using the storage facility for years. It seems as though the prices continue to rise higher and higher. But nothing is improved to warrant the frequent increases. They just implemented a new $50 late fee, where they will put a lock on your storage and you can't get it off until you pay the $50 or have them come and they'll remove the lock, some type of madness. To me, that is crazy because you already have to pay a late fee when you're late. I don't understand the necessity for another $50 fee and a lock, another lock added to your storage. I will be removing my stuff soon.
