Once you rent at any Public Storage location they have you. Your rent will go up as fast as possible. On move in they will prorate to the day you move in. All is good to get you started. On move out they want a full month even if you are only there one hour of one day. You see with Public Storage its a different experience once you become a customer. Before youre a customer its all good. Once youre in they really start sticking it to you. My current unit is $155 for a new customer, but my bill is $278.
After my initial move-in there have never been any carts available. Last time there was a Michael's shopping cart. One shopping cart. Not very useful for moving big boxes and furniture. I have never seen an employee. Despite being there during the clearly posted office hours the door is locked and no response to knocking or phone call. There are too many other storage options for you to consider using this one.
Lady at this location, think her name was Ty. She was very helpful and nice, needed help with something going on with my son storage. She made the process soooo much easier than the person on the phone. Very customer friendly.
