Had a great experience storing at this location. I just wanted to offer a quick shoutout to Emily who was a lifesaver to me the other day. I was ill-equipped in the summer heat and she graciously provided me with some water bottles, which was really sweet!

I've rented large storage units with just about all of the major companies around Denver for over 10 years. Public Storage was the first, but I moved locations and hadn't returned them until recently and I don't know why I ever left, based on how excellent this location is, all around. First, the site manager Emily couldn't be more courteous, attentive and helpful, above and beyond what I have experienced in any managers at numerous other companies, as was Elliott, he manager who facilitated my move-in. Both are first rate people to work with and go the distance for their customers. On a recent dangerously-hot day, Emily came around offering bottles of water, which was seriously helpful and really made a difference, as I was in the thick of moving items and arranging the space, such that I couldn't just leave to go buy liquids to rehydrate. Truly awesome service from the staff here, like A+! Second, the units (definitely my unit) is every bit of the advertised space and then some, particularly with an often overlooked feature which is a high ceiling, so you have more vertical space, if you need it, by a significant amount. The units, the doors and locks and the entire site are all in excellent condition, clean and very well maintained. Third, the location is on a busy thoroughfare but is highly secure and well-monitored, never seeing anything sketchy or suspicious in many visits so far, including late at night, which brings me to the fourth and most customer-satisfying feature: 24 hour access available as an add-on. This has been such a convenience I don't know how I could have gone so long at companies that don't offer it, in some cases literally locking you into the facility even a minute after access hours, which is not only a hassle but endangers the safety of customers, being temporarily imprisoned inside a facility. Finally, with the app you can open the gates for entry and exit right from your phone, another excellent convenience I have only seen at one other storage company, so far. As long as Public Storage maintains the reasonable rental rate I have and doesn't spring some absurd, predatory rent escalation on me, and keeps any future rent hike to a fair, manageable amount and doesn't try to extract some big chunk of additional rent from me just as I have gotten situated with my storage barely half a year as a tenant (as has almost invariably been the case with certain other major storage companies I have dealt with in the last few years -- and vacated rather than be hijacked by their greed), I plan to be a reliable long term customer at this location. Based on everything I have consistently experienced so far, I can confidently recommend this company and location to others, espcially anyone looking to deal with a company that offers great storage options and a staff that genuinely cares about their customers.

I had a different company that I was using across the street. They were awful. In fact I was only there one day before they lied to me and I went across the street to Public Storage. These guys have been nothing short of amazing the front desk Manager, Emily, she was absolutely incredible. She helped me find the right unit helped me. Make sure that you know the cost was comparable and that I had 24 hour access because the other place lied to me and told me I would and I did not and I work nights so I need tools and stuff like that so its a great experience and I can only say thank you so many times but thank you. Really appreciate your service and how you treat I will be a Public Storage customer for life.
