It was my first time at this location, her kindness and professionalism brought a real sense of comfort. She clearly cares about the people who come through, and it shows. 06-06-2025Predatory billing practices! Rent from any business except Public Storage. After being charged on the 2nd of every month I rented space here, I vacated on June 1st and am being charged $240 for the full month of June! Upon calling Public Storage, they repeat the same script repeatedly, it is a month to month rental and you accessed the property on June 1, so you are responsible for $240 June rental. Do a quick Google search about this; youll see many others have been improperly billed in this same way. Do yourself a favor and avoid yet another large corporate entity that systematically takes advantage of consumers.
