I rented two outdoor storage units. Five months later both units went up to 200 dollars each. I do not understand such an extreme price hike. Looking for storage facilities to have class action lawsuits soon. See this more and more.

If you rent from this company, then be prepared for them to constantly increase your rates. I rented a 10x20 unit and was originally paying $117. My rate increased to $184 in April 22, then to $241 in September 22, then $277 in June 23, then $315 this month. They are currently advertising the same unit for $126 and when I spoke with somebody, they informed me that they were just an employee and could not do anything to help. My advice to you: look elsewhere for a storage unit.
