01-15-2024I just moved in and they are awful. My boyfriend wanted to open a storage for himself to have ours at the same place. He had forgotten to bring his unexpired ID though no problem he can come back right? He was dropping stuff off at my storage while he was there and asked them to change the light bulb as I have only been there a month and it has gone out. They refused said they had other stuff to do..OK? Then when my bf was unloading my car the police rolled up saying the lady called the police on him! They trespassed him even though he is on my account and they have all of his information. Then because he left his valid ID at home they refused to let him drive my car home. He had to ask strangers to use their phone to try to get ahold of me but I was sick asleep at home and didn't get his calls. He had to pay a stranger $20 to drive him the few miles home. I had to rush out of bed when he got here and woke me so that my car was not locked in their facility the whole night. I had to get my family out of bed to drive me over there. When I talked to them they kept coming up with excuse after excuse on why they were valid on calling the police on him. Apparently a car like mine ie without a license plate (I just bought the car so it's in the window) has been breaking in... so they think that we would break into their facility when they have all of our personal information? How stupid do they think people are? They were not willing to rectify the situation or even apologise and kept defending their actions and I am livid. Now even if I wanted to I can't access my storage because I am to sick to travel much and he has been trespassed! I guess they have to keep my stuff? I will never store with them again and their rates are insanely high! It's absurd.
