02-28-2024Thank you Elizabeth! The most helpful wonderful in the storage land!!! She was sooooo helpful, and very protective of our things. She made sure that we had every single thing we needed to gain access, that makes us feel safe in an unsure world. We wouldnt go anywhere else. She should be given a Medal of Honor- thats how much we appreciated her staying late, helping us with entrance and exit, and generally be awesome. Patrons for life.

01-29-2024Zero stars. This place is such a rip off. Sold me a unit under the guise of it having a working elevator. The elevator was broken (didn't know that until I arrived). Had to lift 10 heavy boxes up stairs by myself. Tried to contact the manager to leave a complaint (no one ever got back to me). I moved out and now they won't offer me any type of compensation. Horrible customer service. Will never be renting here and I hope no one else does. Would be great if they could refund me for my last month.
