They charge you insurance for while it'sRat infested your things will be full of rat poop and urine. It's nasty.
They are RAT infested, and do not follow through with the prices they start you off with. You will literally be paying someone else's space. Calling their phone lines will get you no where, It's non sense, they do not have reliable hours of operation on the website or an answering service telling you that they are closed. You'll drive up and the office will be closed with no up to date notice. A business should have closed dates do to Holidays and any other inconvenience but you also wouldn't know that because you have to wait on a call back instead of having a property phone that's forward to the management's phone. There is no structure in their business certainly are not perfessonal on how they handle their customers/ tenants.
