02-27-2024My company uses Public Storage to keep our supplies consolidated. I am glad to be on a first name basis with Jessica and always have a great experience with her and getting my needs met. It has been a pleasure since Nicholas has come on the Public Storage team - he was proactive in changing the light bulb in my unit, providing critter packs and keeping me up to date about paperwork and any other things concerning my unit. Customer service is great at this location!
