03-16-2024THIS WAS THE ABSOLUTELY WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE, AND THE COMPANY DID NOT CARE AT ALL. THEY ALLOWED MY UNIT TO BE ROBBED. THEN WHEN I POINTED OUT THE GLARING SECURITY RISK THEY CORRECTED THEM WITHOUT PROPERLY COMPENSATING ME. I LOST EVERYTHING I OWNED IN THE WORLD AND THEY SCOFFED AT ME. ABSOLUTELY EVIL EVIL PEOPLE AND A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

03-09-2024Akia waa wonderful. I was rerouted to this location because the person at my location did not show up. Akia took her time and showed me how to complete my reservation and then she trouble shooted when I was unable to complete the reservation online she took over and transferred the reservation to my desired location. She even called and had her coworker check to make sure the space I needed was available. I am so happy we came here and met Akia. She made a stressful situation so much better.
