I had signed up for a climate controlled storage unit online and confirmed it with an agent. I had my confirmation e-mail , when I arrived to view the unit. I was however given a much higher price though once onsite. The very nice onsite agent- Chamberlain - called management to try and resolve the situation. He put me through to Dwayne - who resolved the situation- providing a high standard of customer service. I appreciate the effort they each made and I successfully rented my 10x10 unit, at the original quoted price.

Great experience! Very helpful for storing our items while we were moving. Easy to access whenever we needed and the size of our unit was perfect. Dwayne was nice and easy to work with as well!

Es una zona muy segura, las puertas de los storage no se ven de la calle, los espacios son bastantes grandes, y el personal es muy muy amable a pesar de mi falta de ingls, l me atendi de maravilla... Gracias

I had a good experience with Extra Space. I had left my things in storage for four months without returning and when I finally moved it was just as I had left it. I had no issues at all. Dwayne was also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Extra Space Storage.
