03-12-2024Recently my husband and I rented out a parking space to keep our dump trailer for our Junk Removal and Demo business and the process could not have gone more smoothly all "Thanks" to the efforts of Teri, Casey, and Kenney. This Team truly demonstrated customer care skills that you do not often see in today's business world. 02-16-2024I had a problem with the amount that showed up as being deducted for my monthly storage payment. I called the phone number on my bill. I was connected speaking to Teri, who is not the one on site where my unit is located. I was not very happy about the situation. She pulled up my account and researched throughly. She answered all of my questions and concerns. She was friendly and professional and treated me with respect. She took care of my problem while explaining how things worked the way that it did. Teri is an outstanding employee. Public Storage is very fortunate to have her working for them.
