A coastal community along Puget Sound that wasn't officially incorporated until 1990, Federal Way's history dates back to the 1920s when the area was first settled as a logging community. Now, with easy access to Seattle, Tacoma and Sea-Tac Airport, not to mention the beauty of the Cascade Mountains and Olympic Mountains on each side, it's no secret what makes Federal Way one of the most sought-after communities to live, work and visit in the greater Seattle area.

Kathy was very informative and explained very detailed information on rental units and access times. I feel my storage will be in good hands at this location.
Kathy lied big time and got us in the hole! She promised 3 months rent free at the end of December & then we got notification that we were behind at the end of January! February we were able unable to access our storage, we had to pay $450 on the 20th so that they didnt auction our storage! Not only did she tell us that but she lied and said that she never said that. We spoke with the manager and they confirmed that they have audio & recorded calls, we advised that she went back to listen to the audio and she laughed and covered it up with we dont give free rent. IF YOUR EMPLOYEE PROMISED THAT, then thats on you not on the customer! SMH! This is the last time well ever use public storage.
