12-28-2023I have had public storage sense January of last year and I was originally paying $100 and went up $50 about 3 months ago and now it went up $19 more. I'm paying $169.00 now for a 10x15. I have already started looking for another storage. This is ridiculously high and I will be telling friends not to go with public storage because it raises its prices every so months. I have looked up other storages and there way cheaper half the price than mine. You want public storage your going get it for a cheap price in the first few months and than it's going go up every so months after that so just beware for new prices

11-30-2023After a public storage location in Fl was having issues giving my family permission to access the unit today the lady that was working here at the desk was extremely helpful, kind and friendly even though I was in a bad mood and even got me to calm down and the phone numbers to upper management I have been asking for
