03-05-2024I wanted to give this young lady a review yesterday but I was in between moving and had a lot going on. When I came to public storage I was angry because I had to get a unit due to unforeseen circumstances . Quannas smile and demeanor immediately changed my attitude once she greeted me at the door. She saw tears in my eyes and offered tissue.She showed me that she cared about me as a person and for that Im forever thankful for her! I didnt know what size unit to get but she definitely helped me pick the right one! We look on the computer and also went to a few spaces. I was so indecisive but Quanna made sure I was comfortable with my choice. While helping me sign the lease 2 other customers walked in and instead of her ignoring them she said Ill be with everyone in minute. She has amazing customer service. No one felt left out and we all got equal care. Thank you for having her!!
