03-06-2024This place is a waste of money! Havent even had this small unit for a year and they raised my rate. Im paying double now!!! They only sent an email that I am just now finding out because the lady helping me told me to check my email Why not send a text out?? Some of us dont check our emails!!!! Bad Communication! And NO ONE IS EVER IN OFFICE AT THIS LOCATION WHEN I NEED HELP IN PERSON!! Paying my last payment of almost $300 and going somewhere else!!!

12-09-2023I have been at this facility for 4 months. I was told there would be no raise in my rent. I had to move to another storage facility because my former storage facility closed. After only 4 months the rate of my 10 by 15 unit went from $291 to $366 per month. Go elsewhere. This place is a scam. What will my rate be in the next 4 months. I spent a fortune moving in this place. I am trying to sell my beautiful furniture.
