Feeling frustrated, I visited the office and spoke with Sarah, who went above and beyond to assist me. Despite my frustration, she remained patient, attentive, and exceptionally kind throughout our interaction. Sarah took the time to explain all the necessary information about my unit and provided clear directions on how to access it. Her professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction truly exemplified world-class service.
