02-06-2024DO NOT BOTHER RENTING HERE!!! It is funny that a long time customer of over 5+ years has to pay $500 a month while new customers only pay $220 for the exact same size unit right next to you. What kind of business model is that you penalize long time loyal customers by rising rent instead of giving a little discount every year. I understand promotions for new customers to bring them in. But this is ridiculous. They rise your rent every 4-6 months 33-50% but only allowed to ask for a decrease ONCE every 12 months. And the decrease is only a fraction of what they increase. The people that work nor the 800- WE CARE customer service can't do anything. Other places near by are worth taking a look before coming here.

02-04-2024100% scam artists. Offer one rate, then they change it (raise it) after a few months with no warning. They also offer a convenient App and website access that you CANT use to cancel the insurance they shove down your throat. They make you come into the office to cancel it, how convenient. As I said, 100% scam.
