03-23-2024The corporate responses to the bad reviews here are a joke. They are very generic, not addressing the specific issue: were sorry not the experience we want for our customers we will share your feedback blah blah blah. Leaves the reader to assume the bad reviews are valid. For example, I am left to assume that the rate will get increased substantially with no recourse but to find another solution and move out all of my stuff. Yeah, Im not interested in those games.

02-14-2024RENTERS BEWARE OF BIG PRICE HIKES: Public Storage has raised my monthly rent twice since October. My 10X20 unit was $182 in September; that was increased to $235 in October. And in February, Public Storage raised the rent to $268. The company said a 10X20 rental unit is available for $127 -- if I'm willing to move my stuff. Otherwise, pay it or move out. Such price hikes -- after your furniture is in storage -- appear to be the company strategy.
