I know she probably stress with all the work she has to do with that storage because I never seen it look so good for an outside unit and having to deal with these rude customers and she still keep a smile on her face love to see it. 10/10 service from Monique

02-13-2024This is the worst place ever do not go there. Rats will eat your stuff. When I said I wanted to talk to somebody before I paid for my belongings to be chewed apart by rats they locked me out of my unit and are holding my belongings until I pay.

Nobody ever truly remember the names of ppl they deal with at most places, especially not a storage facility. Servers in restaurants, sure. Salesmen at dealerships, maybe. Not at PS. And definitely not almost every single review. It'd statistically impossible
