02-05-2026UPDATE #2 2026 - Youll see that the owner responded here to my negative review. I gave the number a call, pleasantly surprised that someone reached out to me so quickly to make this right. However, upon calling, I was informed that it would be the same conversation we had when we first reported the infestation and damage. They will do nothing to make this right because we didnt have their insurance coverage. They even said the owner response is not an actual response from the owner but an automated post response on Google. So they make it look like they care but do not and will not do anything to help you if something happens. They clearly do not maintain the facility well if rodents can run rampant and then they throw up their hands at this health risk and say shouldve had our insurance. This is unacceptable and a health hazard. Everyone storing their belongings here should beware and get out. UPDATE 2026 - CHANGE TO 1 STAR We had a positive experience for most of the nearly three years we rented a unit here, which makes this situation especially disappointing. We moved out today and discovered that a significant amount of our belongings had been damaged or destroyed by rodents. Our sectional couch had been chewed through and was filled with rodent droppings, requiring us to throw it away entirely. When we removed our items, the floors of the unit were also covered in droppings. We are now in the process of inspecting every single box we own during an already stressful move with two young children, and were deeply concerned about potential health risks from exposure to contaminated belongings. We intentionally chose an indoor, climate-controlled, second-floor unit specifically to avoid this type of damage. Unfortunately, when we reported what we found, we were told there was nothing that could be done because we were moving out and because we did not have their insurance coverage (we carried our own personal policy). It was surprising to learn that this apparently absolves the facility of responsibility for basic sanitary conditions. We paid on time throughout multiple price increases over nearly three years and expected, at minimum, a clean and pest-free environment. Discovering this level of rodent activity at move-out is unacceptable and represents a serious health concern. Anyone currently storing items here or considering doing so should be aware that there appears to be an ongoing pest issue. We hope management takes this seriously and addresses it to prevent other customers from experiencing the same situation. INITIAL REVIEW 2023 Great experience so far. Adam and Austin have been super friendly and helpful throughout the process from when I initially requested a quote to getting my unit set up and all questions in between. The space is clean and new, easy to get to as well. I spent a while researching different local storage units before deciding on this one and Im so glad I did! Highly recommend.

02-01-2026I worked with Alyssa from Extra Space Storage for annissue I was having & she was excellent she took the time to listen In a friendly and professional manner. She was able to offer some possible solutions and returned my call when she was able to provide me with a resolution. It worked out better than expected and I would highly recommend working with Alyssa and utilizing Extra Space storage for your storage needs????
