This Public Storage is located on Knapp Street between Avenue X and Avenue Y on the shores of the Plumb Beach Channel. It offers cheap self storage to the Sheepshead Bay of Brooklyn.

11-03-2023BEWARE- your stuff will end up ruined, they wont take any responsibility, they wont offer to move you to a different unit + theyll keep raising your rent every 3 months. I got a unit here in 2020 for a little over a hundred bucks. A year or so later my rent kept inching up and up and up until this month it was going to be $400. Worse yet I went a few months the ago and noticed that the floor my unit was on was hot, humid, and smelled bad- when I went into my unit I found a weird oily substance on my stuff and some things were moldy. The people who worked there said that since we didnt have insurance they couldnt do anything for us, but that wed have to evacuate because of the leak. By which they meant wed have to pay to have all of our stuff moved to a different facility because they didnt have any more units the same size. I asked why the place was so hot when it was supposed to be climate controlled and they told me that they were instructed to keep the facility THE SAME TEMPERATURE AS OUTSIDE which is the opposite of climate control. I finally moved out, only my own dime, to a facility run by a different company. Definitely do not recommend this place.
