02-20-2024I love the lady Ms. Doomes who was dressed professional and greeted me and my husband with the upmost respect. We love the fact that the properly was clean and no trash laying around. She was very professional and she answered all of my husband I questions professionally. She showed us the property and review with us the rules and regulations. My husband and I will continue to use this store facility due to the professionalism of Ms. Doomes. She deserves to have a raise and to run her own facility.

01-09-2024If I could give zero stars, I would. This place raises the rate like no tomorrow and without any notice at all. They took the 10x10 unit Im renting and raised the rate all the way up to $400/month. Ive called SEVERAL times to move out with no answer or reply and now they are adding fees and insurance. This place is a complete scam and once you move in they make it practically impossible to move out of without paying a fortune to do so. I hope I can save someone else from the hell Ive had to endure through this storage unit facility. They also claim to offer no pay to vacate and refuse to accept any accountability for continued raised fees. Please, take it from me, do not use this storage facility
