Clean and secure!!
Lisa did wonderful and Kyra helped as well. Thank you very much
Zero stars for clearly employees smoking in the front lobby. The smell is overwhelming when you walk in..
They make it pretty simple and easy to get in and they have carts for getting heavy items up to your space. Overall I'm satisfied. One warning though, bring a jacket, it's super cold in there!
Had my unit tampered with on 3 different occasions, 3rd time got a call that the orange door was broken in and they had to cut the locks, they said it appears as if nothings was stolen, but that wasnt the case. 5k worth of items stolen, fileing a case and never gonna use this business again, the gate is constantly opened from open to close, anyone could and would and did get in. Its a good thing i got the insurance for 15$ a month but to be placed in a hallway with no cameras and close to an exit doesn't seam right. Id suggest for anyone wanting to store stuff, just sell it and store your stuff at home. Also i want to add that my unit was on the 2nd floor. If your the onethat took my stuff, youll get yours.
The two ladies were very nice and very acknowledgment of their job.. they made it And understanding on how things work. Place is very clean.
