She was very forward thinking and anticipated all of needs before I even needed them. I love coming here and I look forward to working with Emily every time! Her exuberant spirit really illuminates the place and makes it an easygoing experience all together. I'm usually very anxious, but Emily talked me through all the details and helped eased my nerves. Her attention to detail was incredible, I almost left my phone at the desk and she made sure that I got it back! Really amazing work here at public storage!
