I believe the worker name is Taeshima so sweet an has patient cause I had so many questions about rent insurance, and the how many square feet of different units and so on Thank you so much!!!

02-17-2024I have never experienced such poor attitude and service from any business in my life than the customer service agent over the phone from Public Storage when trying to get help on my reservation. Your company should really invest in training and listen to the conversations that your agents have with potential customers, especially the one I spoke with. Unbelievable Will happily be taking my business elsewhere.
