07-23-2026I just spoke with Yolanda the Manger who knows how to problem solve and resolve the problem and listening to her customer especially when they are upset. She helped me calm down and explained that when you call customer service to reserved sometimes they are not clear at times explaining all the charges and how you will be billed and auto pay!!! Please fixed this customer service representatives when customer's call to reserved customer's needs to know everything!!! Thanks again Yolanda! Walked away calm today! Miss Jones The service is always great the Manger Yolanda really cares about the property. The bathroom is consistently clean when I need to use it. Yolanda is always friendly and never treat me any different. Great customer service!

07-18-2026really good experience overall. jaedan was super helpful and made everything quick and easy. no stress at all, would definitely recommend. update: wanted to leave another review because great customer service deserves recognition. jaedan was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process really easy. he answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure i got the unit that worked best for me. the facility is clean and well maintained, and id definitely recommend this location if youre looking for storage.
