03-04-2024Rental office is never open. Have been trying to get ahold of someone for days and have had no luck. Have not had a chance to even move my items in because my access code wont work and I cant seem to get ahold of anyone for any assistance. I have left 2 voicemails and been every day to the office to see if anyone is there. I already plan on going to a different storage facility because of the terrible inconvenience this has all caused.

03-03-2024The provided gate code did not work and the app also failed to open anything. Nobody was present at the office on either of the days we tried to access the unit and our calls to customer service were neither answered nor returned. We will be canceling and requesting a refund.
