2nd UPDATE: Jules at Extra Space Storage (newly managed after the transition from Oak Hill Storage) was a fantastic help! I needed to change the date of my payments and was able to pro-rate for the next month's rent which really helped me adjust to a new salary schedule. In addition, I was able to move to a different space that was more convenient and affordable, as well as close to the space I already have. I really appreciated her trouble-shooting with me on the solutions I needed to get the space I needed. It really is most convenient location for Oak Hill, sparkling clean, not accessible by just anyone as one would have to be on 71w, and no streets connecting behind the property. Thanks to Jules and her manager for helping me during a move and life transition! UPDATE: Changing my stars due to a change in ownership that was a surprise and no longer by the warm husband wife team that welcomed my entry. Then, of course -no surprise- boom ! We are raising the rates! *BWOMP*BWOMP*!! Super friendly, no-nonsense transition from one facility to OHS! Clean, more than enough carts available, ease of service including paperwork, and I feel secure knowing that there is surveillance 24/7.
