Hard working, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and really cares about your experience. He is clear and concise in his communication. The storage facility itself is well maintained, clean, air conditioned, and a really great deal financially.

08-21-2024There was an issue where I could not pick up the last few remaining items left behind. The manager was very helpful and after some discussion with his manager was able to take care of it without charging me hefty removal fees or getting it sent to collections. Thank you so much !
