07-05-2024Our move-in process at Extra Space Storage at 1620 S I-35 Frontage Rd was super smooth. We rented online and immediately received our unit number and access code. Abby in the office was very pleasant to work with and helped us locate our unit within the 4-story building. Wheeled carts were available to help move our stuff, and the air conditioning in the building made it pretty pleasant even moving on a hot day in Texas. We were able to return our lock unopened for a $20 refund, since we had a lock from our previous storage unit. Much better overall than our previous experience at Public Storage; would recommend.
