It may seem cheap at first but they raise the rent/month every 6 months by $35-25 a month. I've been a reliable client for two years, and was told that if I changed the name on my account, I could go back to basic pricing offered to online clients. Super grimey to mention a loop hole. They want overturn. They are paying for one employee to sit at the desk, and minimal A/C under 85 degrees, if not 87 (THAT is the "controlled temperature" you're paying for.) I worry about a lot of my items, as I have seen them begin to warp.. This is nuts. A complete money scheme. The people that own this unit are making so much money, and gouging at any opportunity. I can't believe businesses can function like this with their CEOs resting comfortably at night. I recommend using a family owned storage unit. Much better accommodations and much better service. It's like what an apartment does on an ANNUAL basis, but my rent has increased by 15-55% of my original payment. Worse than a credit card or even personal loan, yet their basic business needs have not increased and they have constant flow of profit. Not guaranteeing my items are actually cared for. This has nothing to do with the guy at the front desk, making his check to survive in this world as well. This has to do with the greed overhead. I will be getting my items out of this facility as soon as possible. I will always forewarn anyone I meet, as well as family and friends, to never use this company. Very unhappy. I would give this negative stars if that were a thing. Not sure how it even has 4.7/5 stars. But I also got a unit when it opened, and everything seemed kosher in my own eyes at the time. Hope others can avoid this scam with my review.
