12-14-2023The location in Watauga TX located at 5501 Watauga road is the WORST. I have been moved out over a month. Left my door wide open, removed the lock and cleaned it out. An employee was walking by and I asked him what I needed to do and he said "oh leave it open. We will find it and move you out." I had also called the month prior and let them know I was moving out and what I needed to do. He said the SAME THING. Now over a month later, I am still getting collection calls/texts/emails for my December rent. I MOVED OUT! I have tried calling the location, no one ever answers. I have left 5 messages and none have been returned. I called the corporate line and it just routes you to the location. Beyond horrible service. I do NOT recommend, at least not this location!!!

Everything has been going wrong, but thankfully this was such an easy process to deal with actually contacting them and Erin was an absolute pleasure to work with!
