03-29-2024My husband and I have been renting a unit from this location for about a year now. The front desk personnel are always so nice and helpful. Id like to give a special thanks to Jessica! The store was about to close but she knew we were on the way back and she still unlocked the front doors to help us out. As long as we need a storage unit, this will be our location! 03-27-2024I'm sure this is a great place overall. Won't be renting from here after the experience with the staff on site. They could use customer service training on how to talk with people/customers. "Can I be of assistance?" and an ounce of pleasantries can go a long way.

03-22-2024I visited Public Storage this afternoon to view the units because Im unsure what size I should get and Tiffany was SO kind and helpful! I was impressed by how organized, clean, and safe the building is. I would definitely rent a unit here for my belongings. Thank you Tiffany for your exceptional customer service and kindness. Moving is a pain and I felt at ease here!
