03-04-2024I've had a unit for 3 years almost to the day. I was completely infested with mice and everything of mine and my son's was ruined. I had to go through everything in the 1015 with a fine tooth comb so I can move it into another unit. Most of the time they've been great.. but I've had a couple calls in the past week with two different women who were awful and shouldn't be customer service representatives. I wish I knew their names to put them on blast. But I don't. BUT JERRY WAS WONDERFUL! HE DESERVES 5+ STARS!! HE WAS SO CALM AND PATIENT AND ANSWERED EVERY QUESTION WITHOUT AN ISSUE. HE DESERVES A RAISE FOR SURE.
