09-29-2023Where I first moved all my stuff into my storage unit in December everything went well, and I was happy. I didn't go by unit after that until I moved out last Saturday. When I arrived a couple days prior to moving out to start getting small stuff I was greeted with a different lock on my unit that my keys didn't fit, and didn't realize that location went completely virtual. I walk into the lobby area and talk with someone through a dang screen and this lady promises me that someone will meet me the next morning at 9:30 so I can gain accesss to my unit that never happens.The lady never notifies anyone so I get there the next morning with my moving company and still can't get in. Had to go across town to Silas Creek location and have someone come back to let me in my unit. Nobody calls you back EVER.Very disappointed . Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

09-19-2023Horrible, there is never anyone here to help and no on ever picks up the phone. I will be looking into other storage facilities. This one isn't it. Update, it's been 24hrs since I paid and the property manager still has his lock on my unit and the only way I can get it off is with an appointment. I will definitely be changing to another facility once he gets his lazy behind here to help me.
